II. Advanced Production Equipment: Fully Automatic Vertical Insulated Glass Production Line

Equipment Features: Adopting a large vertical structure, integrating automatic cleaning, drying, aluminum frame positioning, automatic lamination, and pressing and forming.

Technical Highlights:

Anti-scratch Process: The vertical transmission method greatly reduces the contact friction between the glass surface and the machinery, ensuring that the coating surface of special glass such as Low-E is not damaged.

Online Inspection: Equipped with a multi-stage light curtain inspection station, operators can screen for bubbles and impurities in real time under strong light, and unqualified products are intercepted before pressing.

III. Standardized Loading and Unloading: Pneumatic Assisted Vacuum Suction Cup System

Operation Scenario: For large-sized glass weighing hundreds of kilograms, a pneumatic robotic arm with 6 suction cups is used for transfer.

Technical Highlights:

Physical Protection: The suction cups are equipped with special white protective cloth covers to completely eliminate the possibility of the suction cups leaving difficult-to-clean adhesive marks or physical indentations on the glass surface.

Safety and Efficiency: Air pressure balancing technology enables single-person, stable turning and stacking of large-sized glass, improving transfer efficiency while eliminating the risk of edge chipping caused by manual handling.
