Recently, our company (Shenyang Aolide Glass Co., Ltd.) undertook the production of curtain wall glass for a commercial office building in Shenyang. The project is currently in a critical stage of exterior wall decoration, requiring simultaneous installation of stone cladding and glass. The client had very specific requirements regarding glass flatness, tempering strength, and production lead time.
Product Configuration:
Glass Specifications: 6mm + 12A + 6mm double-tempered insulated glass.
Deep Processing Technology: Precision edge grinding, high-pressure cleaning, fully automatic insulated glass assembly.
Core Features: This batch of glass focused on reinforcing the uniformity of edge stress distribution, ensuring excellent safety during high-altitude crane installation and under long-term wind pressure.
How We Delivered:
Rapid Response: After receiving the client's confirmed order drawings, we immediately conducted a technical review to avoid material waste and project delays caused by dimensional errors.
Processing Cycle: For this project's approximately 3000 square meters of glass, we strictly controlled the production and processing cycle to within 12-15 days through efficient scheduling. Each process, from raw glass cutting and tempering to insulated glass finished product, was handled by dedicated personnel.
Logistics Coordination: Considering the limited space at the construction site, we adopted a phased delivery model. Based on the construction team's crane operation progress, we provided precise deliveries, ensuring that workers could "unpack and install immediately," and reducing secondary handling losses at the construction site.
On-Site Feedback:
As can be seen from the construction site photos (above), the glass and exterior wall stone cladding have a harmonious color match, and the reflected images are clear and undistorted. Currently, the project is in the final sealing stage. The site manager expressed satisfaction with our delivery speed and dimensional accuracy, stating that it significantly reduced their on-site communication costs.
